		<description>Great list!!  I have done 4 of these hikes (including North Bass and Nankoweap).  I definitely agree that Nankoweap is the toughest trail in the canyon.  The elevation climb is physically and mentally demanding.  There are also no easy segments and quite a bit of narrow trails with a fair amount of exposure.  Amazing views though!!</description>
